After a thorough analysis of our operating costs, we find ourselves in a position where we must increase our monitoring charges slightly to continue delivering the exceptional service you expect and deserve.

Effective from the 1st of June 2024, our monitoring service charges will be increased by $2.00 per month.

We understand that any price increase is not welcome news. Please be assured, we have made every effort to minimize this adjustment while ensuring we can continue to offer you the high-quality security monitoring you rely on.
